1. Who We Are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sellera ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the service, creating an account, placing an order, linking a seller account, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service Does
Sellera is a platform that helps sellers offer Roblox-related digital fulfillment and helps buyers place orders for supported Roblox items through our checkout flow and third-party payment providers.
We are not Roblox and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox may change its platform, items, rules, APIs, or account requirements at any time, and those changes may affect the service.
3. Eligibility
You may use the service only if:
- you can legally use the service in your location; and
- you use only accounts, payment methods, wallet addresses, and Roblox accounts that you are authorized to use.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian if required by applicable law.
4. User Accounts
You may need an account to use some parts of the service. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials secure; and
- all activity that happens under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Seller Accounts
If you use the service as a seller, you may link a Roblox account by providing a .ROBLOSECURITY cookie or other credentials that we support.
By linking a seller Roblox account, you represent and warrant that:
- you control or are authorized to use that Roblox account;
- the information you provide is accurate and current; and
- you authorize us to use that account information to verify the account, check balances, and attempt order fulfillment through Roblox.
You remain responsible for your seller account, store configuration, pricing, linked payout address, and compliance with Roblox's own rules and terms.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Buyers place orders using supported Roblox item information and the pricing shown by the service at checkout.
Prices, quotes, item availability, and fulfillment eligibility may change before or during checkout if Roblox data changes, the item is no longer purchasable, the seller becomes unavailable, or the order otherwise cannot be completed safely.
Payments are processed through third-party providers shown during checkout, such as SellAuth. We do not guarantee that any specific payment method will always be available.
An order is not considered paid or ready for fulfillment until we receive payment confirmation from the applicable payment provider.
We may reject, pause, or cancel an order if:
- payment is not completed or cannot be verified;
- the order appears fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized;
- the target Roblox item changes or is no longer available;
- the linked seller account cannot fulfill the order; or
- completing the order would create legal, security, or operational risk.
7. Fulfillment
After payment is confirmed, we attempt to fulfill the order through Roblox using an eligible linked seller account.
Fulfillment times are estimates only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or immediate delivery because fulfillment depends on third-party systems, including Roblox, payment providers, proxy or network providers, and blockchain or infrastructure providers where applicable.
If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we may, at our discretion or as required by law:
- try fulfillment again;
- cancel the order; or
- offer another reasonable resolution.
8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Digital Services
Because the service involves digital services and prompt fulfillment, you agree that performance may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, once fulfillment has started or been completed, your ability to cancel, withdraw, or receive a refund may be limited or lost.
All sales are otherwise final unless:
- we expressly agree to a refund or other resolution;
- the order cannot be fulfilled and we choose to cancel it; or
- applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
9. Seller Withdrawals
If seller withdrawals are available, sellers may request payout to a Litecoin address they provide.
By requesting a withdrawal, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are responsible for providing a correct wallet address;
- blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
- network conditions and third-party providers may affect timing and fees; and
- we may charge a platform fee, which is currently 10% unless we state otherwise in the service.
If a payout fails because of an invalid address, third-party provider issue, compliance issue, or other operational problem, we may delay, retry, reject, or reverse the request where technically possible.
10. Reviews and User Content
Buyers may be allowed to submit reviews after completed orders.
If you submit a review or other content, you agree that:
- it must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
- it must not contain harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, or illegal content; and
- we may display it publicly together with related account or order information, such as a Roblox username.
We may remove reviews or other content at any time if we believe they violate these Terms, create risk, or are otherwise inappropriate for the service.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use the service for fraud, money laundering, theft, or any unlawful activity;
- use stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized Roblox accounts, payment methods, cookies, or wallet addresses;
- interfere with the service, other users, or third-party systems;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls;
- misrepresent your identity, store, ownership, balances, or purchase intent;
- attempt to manipulate prices, reviews, payments, or order status; or
- use the service in a way that violates Roblox's rules or third-party provider terms.
12. Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party services, including Roblox, payment processors, proxy or network providers, and blockchain or payout providers.
Those services are outside our control and may have their own terms, policies, outages, limits, and decisions. We are not responsible for third-party services or for losses caused by their actions, changes, downtime, or rules, except to the extent required by law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service, remove content, pause withdrawals, unlink seller accounts, or cancel orders if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- protect the service, users, or third parties;
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues;
- comply with law, regulation, court order, or third-party requirements; or
- enforce these Terms.

14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that any order, payout, or Roblox-related action will always succeed.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; and
- our total liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting the updated Terms on the site, updating the "Last updated" date, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
